Q - Can I instruct the chauffeur to take a scenic route to my hotel from the airport?
A - Sydney Airport Limousines rates are based on a point-to-point transfer and your chauffeur is instructed to use the most direct route for expediency.
If you would prefer the chauffeur to use a specific route our hourly rates and minimums will apply, plus any additional fees/taxes incurred.
Q - Can we make additional stops or pickups?
A - Additional stops or pickups may increase the distance travelled and also incur waiting time which would be charged at out normal rates.
Q - Does Sydney Airport Limousines provide for the safety of babies and children?
A - Yes. Sydney Airport Limousines has Australian Standards Child Restraints for children aged 0-4 years. These can be provided upon request when making your reservation.
Q - When will my credit card be charged?
A - Sydney Airport Limousines will charge your credit card after your trip has been completed or in the event of a “no show”. Some vehicles may require a deposit.
Q - Will I be charged waiting time if my flight is delayed?
A - No! Sydney Airport Limousines monitors your flight to ensure that your driver will be there when your flight arrives.
Q - If I place a reservation for a period of 4 hours but realize after pick up that I require less time, will I be charged for the full 4 hours?
A - Sydney Airport Limousines will only charge you for the time used, however, a minimum of 2 hours is required.
Q - How do we meet our chauffeur for pick-up at the airport?
A - Your chauffeur will meet you at the exit from customs or the baggage claim, and will usually be holding a sign with the passenger's name and flight number.
Q - How far in advance should I book?
A - Because availability changes daily, we suggest that you make your booking as soon as your travel dates and times are confirmed. This can be done up to 12 months in advance and is recommended for special occasions or events. Vehicle availability can be guaranteed for bookings 2 hours in advance but if less notice is given we will still do our best to meet your requirements.
Q - How long will the chauffeur wait for us to clear customs once the plane has landed?
A - Once the plane has landed, the chauffeur will wait 30 minutes at no extra charge. The chauffeur will then wait another 30 minutes, making a total of 1 hour, but will charge the standard rate for the waiting time. After 1 hour the credit card will be charged at the full fare plus waiting charge.
Q - Is our limousine stocked with beverages?
A - No, the bars are not stocked, however glasses and ice can be provided on request, and depending upon your reservation, we will accommodate certain other requests at additional cost.
Q - Is there a charge for cancellation?
A - If you cancel giving at least 24 hours notice then there is no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of $88.
Q -What if my plane arrives early or late?
A - All flight arrival times are monitored by us. Should the plane arrive early or late the chauffeur will be there. Please check the terms and conditions section for more information.
Q - What is included in the quoted price?
A - Prices shown on the web site include GST but do not include road tolls, additional waiting time or credit card surcharges. Please take the time to refer to our rates schedule. We aim to provide a firm accurate price without the possibility of hidden extras.
