Q How far in advance should I book?
A Pre-Booking 5 hours prior to pick up time recommended. If you require BABY and BOOSTER SEATS or a VAN pre-booking of 12 hours prior to pick up time required.  Availability changes daily, we suggest that you make your booking as soon as your travel dates and times are confirmed. This can be done up to 12 months in advance and is recommended for special occasions or events. Vehicle availability can be guaranteed for bookings 2 hours in advance but if less notice is given we will still do our best to meet your requirements.

Q How do we meet our chauffeur for pick-up at the airport?
A Your chauffeur will meet you at the exit from customs or the baggage claim, and will usually be holding a sign with the passenger’s name and flight number.

Q Will I be charged waiting time if my flight is delayed?
A No! Sydney Airport Limousines monitors your flight to ensure that your driver will be there when your flight arrives.

Q Does Sydney Airport Limousines  provide for the safety of babies and children?
A Yes.  Sydney Airport Limousines has Australian Standards Child Restraints for children aged 0-4 AND UP 8 YEARS OLD Multiple Children’s Booster Seats AND Baby seats  Available

Q Can we make additional stops or pickups?
A Additional stops or pickups may increase the distance travelled and also incur waiting time which would be charged at our normal rates.

Q Why do I need to clearly specify my destination or time required?
A We can then ensure that your limousine will be available for the time that you require it without affecting other bookings.

Q Why book with Sydney Airport Limousines?
A Your booking, whether made by telephone, email, or on our online booking system, will be confirmed to you and is updated according to flight information to ensure that our chauffeur is available to meet your requirements. Our clean, well maintained, late model limousines are fully insured and meet all Government accreditation and licensing requirements. Our overall aim is to make your journey a pleasing experience where your special needs are always a priority.

Q What is included in the quoted price?
A Prices shown on the web site include GST but do not include road tolls, additional waiting time or credit card surcharges. Please take the time to refer to our rates schedule. We aim to provide a firm accurate price without the possibility of hidden extras.

Q What if my plane arrives early or late?
A All flight arrival times are monitored by us. Should the plane arrive early or late the chauffeur will be there. Please check the terms and conditions section for more information.

Q Is there a charge for cancellation?
A Sydney Airport Limousines cancellation policy & no show.
B Sydney Airport Limousines has the right to refuse and refund the booking if it’s incorrectly booked or no available services can be provided at the time.
When making a booking online we do require pre-payment. If your reservation requirements change or you wish to cancel your reservation we do offer refunds provided the change or cancellation meets our cancellation policy & no show terms and conditions.
Your booking is accepted subject to the terms and conditions stated below. By confirming your booking, you accept that these terms & conditions will apply.
Amendments
Any amendments to your booking after confirmation, can only be accepted subject to availability. Sydney Airport Limousines reserves the right to charge an amendment fee in respect of any change to your booking, in addition to any other applicable charges in relation to the amendment.
Cancellations Policy & No Show
In an event that you cancel your reservation Sydney Airport Limousines reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for general bookings as follows:

  • Bookings cancelled on the day of travel or NO SHOW FROM THE PASSENGER: up to 100% of the value of the booking
  • Bookings cancelled greater than 4 days prior to travel: up to 25% of the value of the booking
  • Bookings cancelled between 1 to 4 days prior to travel: up to 50% of the value of the booking
  • Bookings cancelled on the day of travel: up to 100% of the value of the booking
  • Refunds are subject to management approval.

Payments by Confirmation for Cab Charge :
For those wishing to have payment in the car and have TAXI Receipt in the car attracts 5% surge charge fee.

Q Is our limousine stocked with beverages?
A No, the bars are not stocked, however glasses and ice can be provided on request, and depending upon your reservation, we will accommodate certain other requests at additional cost.

Q How long will the chauffeur wait for us to clear customs once the plane has landed?
A Our airport limo transfer rates include:

  • Up to 13 minutes free pick-up waiting time at the Domestic Airport
  • Up to 50 minutes free pick-up waiting time at the International Airport
  • Transfer to and from Airport Terminal
  • Flight arrival times monitored and bookings updated
  • We will meet and greet you.
  • Pick up Instructions for Sydney Domestic Airports : Driver with “Name sign” will meet you 25 minutes after the Arrival at THE LUGGAGE CAROUSEL of the Domestic Airports PASSENGERS MUST HAVE A MOBILE PHONE TURNED ON AT THE TIME OF PICK UP 
  • Up to 13 minutes free pick-up waiting time INSIDE at the Sydney Domestic Airports.
  • Pick up Instructions for Sydney International Airport: The driver will arrive at the Airport 50 minutes after your flight arrival time. He will be holding a “Name sign” and wait for you at foyer as you THE EXIT GATE . PASSENGERS MUST HAVE A MOBILE PHONE TURNED ON AT THE TIME OF PICK UP  The driver will wait up to 50 minutes free pick-up waiting time INSIDE at the Sydney International Airport.
  • Reservation Records only when booked online for history transparency.
  • Automatic confirmation from the website also a Second confirmation by the driver once booked.
  • Please NOTE : PASSENGERS MUST TRAVELING FIRST CLASS OR REQUEST ASSISTANCE MUST ADVISE US PRIOR ON ARE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS.
  • Baby and booster seats available and pre-installed in your transfer vehicle
  • 7 days a week service

Q Can I instruct the chauffeur to take a scenic route to my hotel from the airport?
A Sydney Airport Limousines rates are based on a point-to-point transfer and your chauffeur is instructed to use the most direct route for expediency. If you would prefer the chauffeur to use a specific route our hourly rates and minimums will apply, plus any additional fees/taxes incurred.
