Cancelation Policy & No Show

Sydney Airport Limousines has the right to refuse and refund the booking if it’s incorrectly booked or no available services can be provided at the time.

When making a booking online we do require pre-payment for non-account customers. If your reservation requirements change or you wish to cancel your reservation we do offer refunds provided the change or cancellation meets our terms and conditions.

Your booking is accepted subject to the terms and conditions stated below. By confirming your booking, you accept that these terms & conditions will apply.

Amendments

Any amendments to your booking after confirmation, can only be accepted subject to availability. Sydney Airport Limousines reserves the right to charge an amendment fee in respect of any change to your booking, in addition to any other applicable charges in relation to the amendment.

Cancellations Policy & No Show

In an event that you cancel your reservation Sydney Airport Limousines reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for general bookings as follows:

  • Bookings cancelled on the day of travel or NO SHOW FROM THE PASSENGER: up to 100% of the value of the booking
  • Bookings cancelled greater than 4 days prior to travel: up to 25% of the value of the booking
  • Bookings cancelled between 1 to 4 days prior to travel: up to 50% of the value of the booking
  • Bookings cancelled on the day of travel: up to 100% of the value of the booking
  • Refunds are subject to management approval.

Payments by Confirmation for Cab Charge :
For those wishing to have payment in the car and have TAXI Receipt in the car attracts 5% surge charge fee.
